CareSource Ohio Eligibility

Eligibility for CareSource Medicaid in Ohio:

  • Resident of Ohio
  • U.S. citizen or qualified non-citizen
  • Possess a Social Security number or have applied for one
  • Meet income limits based on household size and category
  • Fulfill categorical requirements (e.g., pregnant, parent, aged, blind, disabled, or medically needy)

Eligibility for CareSource Medicare in Ohio:

  • Enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B
